As a Customer Service Advisor you will be using your excellent customer service skills working in their Stockport site and will be working in the Motor Operations department to fulfil their customer mobility needs, with a vision to deliver customer excellence, responding to changing customer needs. As a Customer Service Advisor your attention to detail is key, as is the ability to keep a focus on customer outcomes.
6 month temporary role
Working patterns: Monday-Friday between 08:00 to 17:30
35 hours a weekKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage inbound customer calls
Take complete ownership of customer problems
Dealing with vulnerable customers that may have fallen into arrears
Respond to telephony, digital and admin based customer queries
Investigate complex enquiries through to solution SKILLS:
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Excellent customer service and administrative skills
Attention to detail is key
Dealing with complaining/difficult customers head on and being able to handle the situation
Providing support to vulnerable customers
Managing payment holidays when necessary
Ability to embrace 'in the moment' coaching to develop your skills and knowledge
