As leading developer, manufacturer and supplier of premium diagnostic products, medical imaging systems, and surgical products dedicated to serving the healthcare needs of women throughout the World, they are looking for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator with data capturing experience as well as working on CRM system – SalesForce.
Client Details
The client is a leader in ten areas of women's health, including mammography and breast biopsy; radiation treatment for early-stage breast cancer; breast MRI; cervical cancer screening; treatment of menorrhagia; permanent contraception; osteoporosis assessment; preterm birth risk assessment; mini C-arms for extremity imaging; as well as molecular diagnostic products, including HPV testing and reagents for a variety of DNA analysis applications. Our core business units are focused on breast health, diagnostics, GYN surgical, and skeletal health.
This role will be based out of their UK offices in Manchester.
Description
Responsibilities
Responsible for, but not limited to:
Governing customer data via the on-going maintenance & reporting on the various customer data cleansing activities as well as identifying opportunities to streamline and improve the accuracy of customer data.
Supporting the data quality strategy through pro-active and re-active operational analysis
Contributing to on-going data maintenance and cleansing of customer accounts by driving data entry rules for data elements into systems
Provide customer support on a daily basis to various internal and external customers as related to customer accounts which includes legal entities, locations, health systems, and contacts
Support the Customer Data Quality Supervisor in administering business rules relating to the maintenance of accurate and comprehensive customer data across the organization
Responsible for ongoing data quality initiatives such as match/merging, research, data cleansing, duplicate records and maintenance of standards
Actively participate in team objectives
Support the department with ad-hoc tasks and projects when required
Contribute to ongoing process improvement

Knowledge of Oracle e-Business Suite (Release 11i)
Knowledge of Oracle Customer Data Model (TCA)

Strong presentation and inter-personal skills.
