Customer Service and Marketing Administrator

Job Overview

8:30am – 5pm Monday – Friday

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a successful business who are looking to expand their current team by hiring a Customer Service & Marketing Administrator. This is a varied role, the person who secures this role will be a good "all rounder" with strong customer service, administrative and general business skills.

Direct contact with end user consumers and business customers is required within this role. The need to be able to communicate politely, assertively, and effectively is critical.
Requirement to be able to discuss and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner, in accordance with company policy. The ability to manage customer expectations is required.
Answer the customer service phone line and to reply to product queries via multiple channels.
Liaison with the technical and product training team at our HQ.
To complete numerical information on trade customer new line forms accurately and on time.
Collation of images, data sheets, instruction sheets, newsletters, launch packs as requested.
Responsible for UK spares – sales and stock.
Provide cover for the other administration team members during busy periods, holidays, or sickness.Person Specification

Excellent attention to detail skills.
Good liaison, assertiveness, and friendly communication ability.
Organisational, prioritisation and planning skills.
Excellent computer skills, Excel, Powerpoint and Word.
Typing; reasonable wpm.
Flexibility to take on a wide range of duties, ability to multi-task.

Office based training.
At least 12 months business experience, including exposure to a sales/marketing/customer service department.
