Customer Service Agent

Job Overview

Adecco are looking for a Customer Service Agent to work for our Client in BL9 area.

This is a temporary position for 3 months.

Duties include:

Handling emails and calls effectively.
Liaising with various departments.
Keeping account information up-to-date and complete.
Order tracking and investigations.
Overall Customer service
Dealing with order queries and problem solving.
Assist Management with other various tasks and responsibilities were necessary.

Experience/skills required:

Good attention to detail
Excellent customer service
Admin and data entry experience

Days: Monday-Friday

Hours: 09:00-17:30

Salary: £9.00ph
