Customer Service Advisor – Office Based

Job Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Based Customer Service Advisor working in Manchester City Centre. This is an ongoing contract with the possibility of a permanent contract.

Working on behalf of our client on a Public Sector related campaign based in our modern COVID safe offices in Manchester City Centre.

Monday-Friday 08.00 – 18.00

Hourly rate of £8.91 p/h 37.5 hours

The main responsibilities of the role will be:

Taking calls from customers claiming for Personal Independent Payments
Following a script and using multiple systems
Creating tasks for customers
Completing online application forms

A successful Customer Service Representative Will Ideally have:

Excellent customer service
A friendly approach
Experience in dealing with a high volume of calls from a varied customer groups.
Excellent Keying/Listening & Data Inputting skills.
Ability to navigate around a P.C comfortably.Calls are monitored for quality and training purposes.

The successful candidate will be expected to meet weekly and monthly targets in call quality, adherence and volume.

You will require a current or new DBS certificate.
