The business supplies a wide range of customers from small business' all the way through to leading brands such as Skype, Google and Selfridges. The customer service assistant will be providing excellent after sales service, with the goal of turning each customer into an advocate of the business.
You will be working in a fast paced and varied roles where no day will be the same. Your main skills and responsibilities will include;
Answering customer queries via phone, email, live web chat, twitter and facebook
Providing customers with product and service information
Dealing with delivery queries and problem solving
Identify and resolve customer queries and issues
Using your excellent communication skills both verbally and written and excellent telephone manner
Having the ability to remain calm under pressure
Excellent listening and problem solving skills
Genuine desire to contribute to constantly improving the service offered to customers
In return for your hard work, Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm (37.5 hours a week) you will be rewarded with a salary of £18,999 per annum and 1 hour lunch and the following benefits to name just a few;
