Job Overview

An amazing one-of-a-kind opportunity for a well-established Customer Service Advisor to join an ever-growing organization within the FMCG industry based in the heart of Manchester.

There products range from Cleaning, Garden, DIY, Car Care, Pet Care, Personal Care etc.

They are looking for a confident, articulate Advisor who has a strong background with on the phone Customer Service and Telesales experience, being able to think on your feet and provide information to clients and manage accounts is essential.

Day to Day Responsibility:

* Dealing with the 200+ customers who purchase 1/2+ pcs of ranges (unlike the big retailers buying the ranges)

* Sorting and collating orders

* Looking after the active accounts… some of which need some TLC

* Upselling opportunities etc.

About you and the role:

* Commission based role with % on all orders (tbc)

* Progression for the right person/can be given certain accounts to look after

* Attention to detail

* Personable and engaging
