Not-for-profit organisation is looking for a Customer Service Adviser to join their busy customer service department on a temporary basis for the next few months.
the Customer Contact Officer will work as part of the Customer Access Hub to provide first point of contact resolution to a wide range of customer demands.
You will promote the use of digital communication channels and self-service through the website and deliver high quality services in line with the principles contained within the Service Delivery Framework.
The ideal candidate will hold a relevant experience of working in a customer focused environment, with a proven ability of delivering a high standard of customer service is desirable.
You may have previous experience of working using a negotiation/coaching style approach to achieve outcomes. You will have used the full range of Microsoft Office.
