Job Overview
We are looking for a number of Customer Recovery Advisors to join our Financial Services team here at N Brown, starting June 2021. Along with a salary of £20,000 per annum, you will also receive a range of benefits including discount across all our N Brown Group brands, 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays and the option to buy an additional 10 over the year, Life Assurance, Private Medical Insurance, an annual bonus scheme and discounts at local restaurants near our Manchester City Centre office.
As a Customer Recovery Advisor, you will engage with customers via inbound and outbound telephone calls and written communication, to help support those who have fallen behind with their account payments. Demonstrating your great experience and skills, you will engage and work with clients to effectively understand the extent of their financial situation and then agree the most appropriate solution from a range of options available.
At N Brown, we are looking for a Customer Recovery Advisor who has the following skills and experiences:
Previous experience of working within a contact centre environment is essential.
Previous experience of working within a regulated financial services environment essential.
Experience of working within a Customer Recovery and or Sales environment within a busy contact centre would be beneficial.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with internal and external clients and key stake holders across the business.
Passionate about great customer service with an empathetic attitude.
Ability to multitask.
Great problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
