Summary of the Role

About the role within Rullion Credit Control

Training for this role will be carried out on site in our Altrincham office or remotely. This role will then have the option to work flexibly in the office or remotely.

Effective cash collection, for a selection of accounts, from small to large Clients, across all ledgers within the Rullion Group.
Effective query resolution, managing the end to end process with both internal colleagues and external clients
Checking daily bank figures and preparing accurate cash sheet allocations for cash posting to the sales ledger
Chasing clients for any missing remittance advices to keep unallocated cash postings to our target of zero.
Targeting all overdue debt, according to Client payment terms, with the aim of keeping all 90 day debt within department targets
To aid the Team to meet it's target DSO
Production of bespoke invoices and electronic billing files, via spread sheets and set templates for loading on to Clients on line systems or portals
To obtain a thorough working understanding of the Rullion Internal systems : MyRullion / MyPayroll / CODA and MyRecruiter
Cover for other team members in cases of absence, sickness, holiday etc.
Despatching client statements on request
Other duties as assigned by Team Manager as and when required.
Create client reports as and when required

Qualifications, skills & experience

Preferred Experience

To have worked in Credit Control for a minimum of two years.
