Corporate Account Manager

Job Overview

The Portfolio Group are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of Peninsula, an award-winning international organisation providing Business Support, Employment Law, Health & Safety and Employee well-being services to a range of clients.

The successful candidate will be managing their own portfolio of corporate clients and be responsible for nurturing and developing those accounts ensuring super service and retention, supporting sales of new key accounts, developing the existing scope of services and introducing new services.

Main duties:

Ensure the allotted client portfolio is efficiently and effectively serviced.
Ensure clients are provided with bi-annual service reports and reviews, or review under their existing SLA.
Attend external meetings with clients.
To champion Super Service.
To lead on the development of new services and techniques used by clients (e.g. the use of drones).
Implement retention plans across the portfolio of clients and ensure the clients want to renew.
Develop and implement growth plans for the relevant clients within your portfolio.
Support the corporate client sales team in obtaining and developing new clients.
Develop and implement implementation plans for new corporate clients.
Lead on the development of webinars and e-learning.
To liaise with corporate Lead Consultants to ensure the efficiency of service.
