Job Overview

Due to company growth, we are seeking an experienced Contact Centre Manager to work for a market leading cosmetic surgery company based in Media City. Due business needs they are looking someone who can drive, lead and motivate their sales team.

You will be working for an award winning, nationwide cosmetic clinic that specialise in surgical and non-surgical procedures and have some of the best surgeons and Practitioners on their books.
Your role will involve overseeing the contact centre and bringing in new ideas to increase and develop team productivity.

The Package:

Salary £35,000 – £40,000 – plus 10% bonus

Duties for the Contact Centre Manager:

Training new and existing staff members
Call listening
Monthly one – 2- ones
Appraisals and Reviews
Producing reports
Attending meetings
Auditing and more
Skills for the Contact Centre Manager:

You must have a minimum of 5 years contact centre management experience within a profressional environment
Experience working in a similar industry would be a huge advantage
Excellent IT skills
