Compliance Coordinator

Job Overview

Compliance Coordinator role, working with a group of high flying recruitment professionals. Be part of this successful team, located in Manchester city centre, next to Spinningfields, flexible working available, excellent salary and benefits on offer.

Do you have an excellent eye for detail? Are you interested in delivering fantastic customer service? Do you want to work with a team of motivated, sharp individuals, who are committed to providing an incredible service for their clients? If so, a career in compliance at Sellick Partnership may well be for you.

About the Compliance Coordinator role:

You will support a team of up to 10 Recruitment Consultants, in ensuring their clients are fully employment compliant before they commence a new role. The clients are all legal professionals, qualified Solicitors, and Barristers, as well as Paralegals, who have completed an interview process with our clients, and who are looking to start their new role.

This is where you come in – until you are satisfied, as a compliance professional yourself, that the individual has completed all the pre-employment checks, then you will need to work with them until they have a completed set of documents. This can involve checking references, being up to date with right to work legislation in the UK, as well as (in some cases) checking individuals have signed the Official Secrets Act, before they can start work. It's an exciting opportunity for a team orientated individual who loves detail and who loves working to timescales and deadlines. It's also a great opportunity to work in a market leading recruitment team, who are operating at the top of their game.

What previous experience you will need for the Compliance Coordinator role:

Ideally you will be educated to degree level with at least a 2:1. You will have at least 1 years' continual work experience within an office environment, where you will have been involved in customer service, and ideally, be used to dealing with individuals on a corporate/business level. If you don't possess a degree, you will have strong academics at A Level, coupled with 2 years' work experience within a corporate, business environment.
