Our client is a niche project manager/property consultancy based in Cheshire. They are a small team of high achievers with a desire to develop careers and strive for excellence in there consultancy.
Job Role
The role is everything accounts based… Working directly with the CFO
All accounting: Purchase Orders, Purchase Ledger processing (including approvals), Supplier payments, Bank and Ledger reconciliations, Payroll preparation and journals (external payroll service), Monthly Reporting, Project Reporting, Year-end Statutory Accounts preparation (external accountants are UNW).
Cashflow forecasting – Excel cashbook shared with senior management
VAT and CIS reports and payments
Ad hoc financial reporting and analysis
Role support and development
On the job training will be provided if candidates have no property industry or project accounting experience.
Rollout of responsibilities at role take-on to ensure a smooth transition
Professional membership fees will be paid for
CPD courses to be discussed and will be paid for
Qualified or QBE is essential.
Flexible with a 30 hour week
