Class 2 Drivers

Job Overview

AM2PM are looking for experienced Class 2 drivers available to work for our client based in Rochdale. You will be supported by a friendly and professional logistics team that do all route planning.

Role and Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the security of the vehicle and the movement of freight between Hub and depot. This is multi drop work with around 10-15 drops daily – may sometimes be given a distance run with much fewer drops. There is minimal to no handball involved in this role, but drivers may be required to use a pump truck. Work is on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern, so weekends will be expected (extra shifts also available on request). Pay rate is £12.25ph weekdays, £15ph Saturday, £17ph Sunday. IMMEDIATE STARTS AVAILABLE. Guaranteed ongoing work.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Drivers must hold

* Minimum of 2 years 7.5 tonne/Class 2 driving experience in UK

* No more than 6 points for minor driving offences

* Over the age of 25
