We’re looking for a Business Implementation Manager to join our client in implementing their product, a cloud-based platform that enables online exams and assessments and makes them more efficient. 

About the Team:
You will be joining Training and Consultancy team is responsible for customer onboarding and customer success. The implementation of takes place in close collaboration with an institution’s project manager and associated staff members. This process is often business-critical and focuses on change management rather than being a traditional IT implementation project. Therefore, the main focus is on adapting and optimising processes as much as it is adopting a new IT system.

Day to day you will:

Support the onboarding following a PRINCE 2-based project model
Educate and train project participants, administrative staff, and trainers in the use of the software, according to the train-the-trainer principles
Organize and build course material, demonstrations, and documentation to assist the implementation process, delivery of courses and the facilitation of consultancy days
Experience you will need:

Experience with project management, change management, and user implementation
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
You can act independently and have the initiative to start new tasks and follow them until they are done.
Digital competence/system understanding
Experience in conducting courses/workshops/presentations
Comfortable delivering presentations, webinars and workshops
Comfortable with travel (post-covid)
Experience with the education sector, particularly the area of assessment (Desirable)
