We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager / Area Sales Manager to work for an industry leading and global business who specialise in modular building solutions – this role sits within the modular building hire team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the construction, health & education industries and project procurement options, with a proven track record of delivering results in a target driven field sales role.

The role of Business Development Manager / Area Sales Manager:

To work as part of the Business Development Team, developing pipeline and creating new business opportunities from both existing and new Clients, across targeted sectors (public sector and private sector).
To research and advise the Management Team of market trends in order that product development and services proposition are shaped to increase market share.
To develop compelling proposal offerings and submissions that exceed Clients expectations.
To raise awareness of the brand at selected events and conferences.
To secure profitable contracts for the Modular Rental Division.
Candidate Requirements:

Experience in a Field Sales Executive / Business Development Manager / Area Sales Manager or similar Role
Experience of delivering results against targets
An established network of relevant construction or education industry relationships
Knowledge of the construction & education industries and project procurement options
Track record of success selling high value solutions
