Fresh, forward thinking and innovative company The Role: We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager to expand their current base of clients and drive the business forward as it is currently in growth mode. Working in line with government guidelines you will be working from home for now. Office is based in Manchester and when they do go back in to an office, you will split your working days between home and the office.
Consistently achieve monthly sales targets
Achieve weekly product demonstration target to potential clients
Prospect, identify and nurture your own outbound pipeline
Target specific industry sectors such as: Fashion, Beauty, Automotive, Sport, Entertainment, Travel, Hospitality, Food / Beverages.
Build relationships with senior stakeholders within brands ranging from start-up to multinational
Comprehensively manage the sequence of the sales pipeline from prospect to client
Work closely with the Customer Success team, to ensure a smooth transition for new clients
Operate across a number of channels, including social media, cold calling, email marketing and networks, to ensure your short, medium and long-term pipeline is healthy

We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
Sold a B2B service, you might have a sales background in: Recruitment, SaaS, digital marketing, e-commerce, marketing technology
New business orientated
Passion for the media / innovative advertising
Strong work ethic, tons of self-motivation, and a personal drive for competitive environments and targetsCandidate Location: Commutable into Manchester
Salary: £30 – 35,000 OTE £15,000, mobile phone, Mac Laptop, pension and home office equipment
