Bookkeper // SME // Salford

We have an excellent opportunity for an allround Bookkeeper / Accounts Manager to join a rapidly growing business in Salford. The company operates within the construction sector and is looking to appoint somebody to bring their accounts function in-house.

This will be a varied role and you will have the opportunity to draw upon your existing experience to set up processes and procedures and make the role your own.

You should have solid accounting knowledge and a hands-on approach. Good commercial awareness is also a must in order to assist the business in taking this next step forward in an exciting period of growth.

Experience required:

Previous experience working as a bookkeeper/accounts manager in a all-round finance role within a SME
ACCA/CIMA newly qual or part qual or qualified by experience
A well organised approach and the ability and vision to set up efficient new processes from scratch
A hands-on and flexible outlook, able to work well with others within a small busy team
Good finance systems and excel skills
