Supply Desk are currently working closely with a ‘Good’ primary school in Moss Side, M14. The school are recognised within the local community as holding high standards and expectations for the children’s work and behaviour in and around the school. The quality of teaching in reading, writing and mathematics is consistently good around the school as the teachers are expect the children to work hard. The school is widely recognised as a place where positive relationships are formed and the children are well looked after. The ideal candidate would be expected to maintain the schools existing reputation.
The school are looking to recruit a full-time behaviour support assistant to work with a boy in year 4 with severe ADHD and dyslexia. As a behaviour support assistant you would be expected to work 1:1 with the child in order to raise both his academic and personal attainment and help him to engage more in his school work.
