Assembly operative positions with immediate start
Location: Irlam (M44)
Rate of pay: £9/h
Monday-Friday
8:30am-5pm (4:30 finish on Friday)
Proman is recruiting for our client based in Irlam. They produce wastewater samples and they have seen a growth in their business which is why they are looking for assembly operatives to join their team.
The role:
Assembling sample lines
Working with steel
Adhering to the health and safety regulations
General warehouse duties
Read and interpret schematic diaphragm valve and control drawings, specifications, work orders, and reports in order to determine material requirements and assembly instructions. Perform light mechanical assembly work; repetitive type job.
The ideal candidate:
Is able to use a soldering iron or screwdriver
Has some assembly experience
Rivet gun experience (training will be provided otherwise)
Contributes to problem identification and solutions driven
Detail oriented and organized
Collaborative / team player
Ability to communicate effectively
