Candidate – Successful technical salesperson within the mechanical ventilation and heat recovery industry selling into project specifications via house builders, housing developers, architects and specifiers. Alternatively someone selling specified products into the same industry via these clients.
This is a brand-new Area Sales Manager position that has been created due to unprecedented growth working for a global provider of mechanical ventilation with heat recovery systems, within a specialist team focused on mid to large residential projects. You will manage existing relationships and develop new clients primarily with architects, specifiers, housing developers and house builders involved with new build residential projects. You will have an industry leading extensive product portfolio of the latest in mechanical ventilation with heat recovery systems and heat pumps.
* £38k – £45k Basic Salary

This is a highly specialist role in a team of experienced industry professionals so you must have a successful sales record selling specification products into new build housing projects through housing developers, house builders, architects or other specifiers such as green deal consultancies or green deal assessing companies. If you have actually sold mechanical ventilation ideally with heat recovery (MVHR) then this would be an advantage. Mechanical Engineering, Electronic, Electrical or Renewable qualifications are not essential but some further education qualifications are desirable such as any degree, GNVQ, BTEC or City and Guilds etc…
