Our client, an architectural practice based in Stockport, are seeking an ARB registered Architect to join their growing team. Our client specialises new-build, refurbishment and modular solutions projects with a particular focus on the health, education, residential, blue light and specialist ballistic training facility sectors.

Our client has a reputation to deliver design solutions for projects across the education, health, residential, blue light, and specialist ballistic training facilities sectors all around the UK. They have a growing team, and we are looking for an experienced Architect with relevant experience in these areas, in particular within the education sector, using both traditional and modular construction methods.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Architect to join a practice that prides themselves to have the best creative design solutions whilst ensuring we support them to keep a commercial edge on their project delivery.
Architect Position Overview
Run projects from Inception through to completion
Work on a variety of projects in different sectors
Liaise with other professional members of staff
Prioritize challenging deadlines and work independently on one's own initiative
Liaise effectively and efficiently with other members of the team and also external consultants, contractors and sub-contractors
Management to ensure smooth processes – from initial creative idea through all stages
Architect Position Requirements
Revit proficiency
2 years experience post Part III
Live in or around Stockport
Recent experience in education and healthcare sectors
Ideally working across both modular and traditional contracts
A project runner able to independently run a project – lead client engagement meetings
Architect Position Remuneration
Competitive salary (£30,000 – £40,000)
