This role involves the placement of Permanent Healthcare & Nursing Staff.
The Candidate
The ideal applicant will have a flair for communication to be able to talk to candidates at all levels. It is essential that the ideal candidate has drive, tenacity, and strong organisational skills in order to manage your own time and desk.

Responsibilities:
* Resourcing and registering CVs
* Accurately updating and maintaining the ZOHO database
* Identifying and approaching suitable candidates
* Completing a search of the candidate database (internal /external) to find the ideal candidate for the client’s vacancy
* Receiving and reviewing applications
* Formatting CV’s to adhere to client requests
* Briefing the candidate in accordance with the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question
* Organising interviews for candidate as requested by the client
* Informing candidates regarding the results of their interviews
* Developing a good understanding of client needs, their industry, work culture and environment
* Maintaining and building new relationships with both candidates and client stakeholders.
* Advertising Job Vacancies on job boards / social media platforms
* Full administrative duties

Requirements
Required experience:
* Sales and/or recruiting 1 year (ideal but not essential)
* Resourcing experience within healthcare
Required language:
* Proficient English (Must)
