Are you an Employee Relations Specialist or a HR professional with a strong background in dealing with Employee Relations case work?
If so, then we are keen to hear from you. We are partnering with this commercial business based in the Manchester region who are looking to add to their to their established HR function on a permanent basis.
Covering the North of England you have responsibility to support approximately 40 sites as part of a team of 3 HR Advisers.
Offering a competitive salary plus car plus. The role will be home based initially due to Covid, and then based in the Manchester office with some travel.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of dealing with high volume Employee Relations case work either in a specialist ER role or as a HR role with a highly strong focus on Employee Relations.
You will be required to lead managers in all areas of Employee Relations and you must therefore have prior experience of leading in all areas of ER including;
Disciplinary & Grievance
Long term Sickness
Complex case work
You must be a commercial individual with a business focused outlook. You will have excellent influencing skills and a confident and credible approach to gain buy in from a diverse spread of stakeholders.
Ideally you will have experience in a multisite or regional role, although this is not essential, and be flexible to travel across Northern England.
