Multi Trade Co-ordinator (Property Repairs and Maintenance )


£24,296 – £28,387

Hours: 36 ¼ per week in line with service requirements and the Societies SMART working policy and principles.

Plus: Use of a company vehicle

This Multi Trade Co-ordinator role is based within their Repairs and Maintenance Service which manages contractual work, disrepair claims, Empty Properties and responsive repairs services.

In this role you will provide supervision, direction and management of a small repairs team dealing mainly with disrepair cases. You will manage the performance of the team to support the disrepair function of the service. You will monitor and quality control the service standards to ensure a high level of service is provided. You will have an up to date knowledge of Health & Safety standards to ensure that the team maintains a work safe home safe mind set.

In your new role you will be expected to monitor and update as required their housing management system and provide management information as directed.
