As a Key Accounts Administrator, you will play a key part in the sales process by supporting the Key Account Managers to deliver sales growth and customer retention.  The fundamental purpose of this role is to support the Key Account Management team with reporting and administration.

A day in the life of a Key Accounts Administrator at phs will involve;

·         Working with the phs Compliance territory plans for your allocated accounts and actively support the delivery of the account strategy 
·         Ensure that customer and reporting requirements are dealt with promptly and delivered on time
·         Prepare planned reports each week/month for the Account Management Teams and Customers and deliver them on time
·         Deal with ad-hoc requests from our Customer base, either personally or by making sure that the request is raised with the Account Manager or other departments e.g. Customer Services
·         Work closely with the Business Support Team to ensure that orders are processed promptly
·         Develop a good understanding of all phs Compliance services
 
The ideal candidate for a Key Accounts Administrator at phs will have:
·         Good eye for detail and accurate data input skills
·         Experience in a similar environment, ideally within a fast-paced administrative department
·         Excellent communication skills
·         Quick and accurate keyboard skills and experience of using data bases
·         Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
·         A high level of professionalism, politeness, judgment and negotiation
·         Enthusiastic, confident and determined approach is required with a high degree of self-motivation and drive
